She jump up, point finger at me. The whole station noise burst again. Some people dey video the matter with phone.

My guy shout, “Enough! The pikin na only three, you dey lead her talk—how she go fit answer correct? Anything you talk, na wetin she go repeat. If you ask am say she destroy the world, she go gree too!”

E carry hand for air, voice dey shake. "Allow the pikin talk her own! This one no be justice, na wahala you dey cause."

The woman vex more. “She be three, she sabi things, children no dey lie!”

She stamp foot for ground. "Na so you people dey cover criminal for this country! Children sabi wetin dem talk. She no dey lie!"

Her wahala come up again, like say she wan fight.

She dey chest up, dey step to my guy. Station dey tense, some people dey hold hand, dey wait for next move.

“Madam, no try nonsense!” My guy big well-well—if e vex, fear go catch you. As he bone face, the woman quick cool down.

His eye red, voice deep. The woman see say e no be play, she step back, mouth still dey run, but her energy reduce small.

She run go meet police. “Oga police, he… he wan beat me! You no go do anything?”

She hide behind police, dey hold her pikin tight, dey point at us like say we be armed robbers. Station dey restless, people dey watch to see wetin police go do.

Police answer, “Na you I see scratch person face, blood dey come out.”

He point at my guy face, blood still dey. He dey shake head, eyes dey read the matter well.

The woman hiss, “E deserve am.”

She snap finger for air, face dey twist with anger. She no send anybody for that moment.

Police need time check CCTV, so as we dey wait—

Everybody calm small, but tension still dey hang for air. Some people dey sit for bench, dey wait like say dem dey hospital waiting room. My guy dey whisper for my ear, "Guy, no worry, everything go clear."
