Today, my girlfriend close from work early. As I open door, na alcohol smell just hit me.

I dey wonder if dem use ogogoro for office party.

Her voice low, like say she dey vex. She drop her bag, remove her wig throw for chair.

She mumble some things, come fall on top me, eyes dey turn.

She lean heavy, like person wey wan faint. I quick hold her so she no go drop for ground.

I carry her enter bedroom, then go kitchen go mix honey water for her.

My mama always talk say honey water dey calm belle after alcohol. I rush mix am, dey pray say e go work.

She collect the cup, drink am finish, then suddenly hold my neck, pour the honey water from her mouth enter my own.

The thing shock me. The cold honey water wet my shirt, some enter my nose. I cough, she dey laugh.

"Abeg, stop now, stop."

I try free myself, but her hand strong. She just dey hold me tight, like say na I be her teddy bear.

I think say na drink dey worry her, so I tell am make she rest.

Her face stubborn, she no gree. She pull me close, her breath hot for my neck. "Tunde, rest ke? Wetin concern me and rest?"

But she no gree leave me. "For the office party today, everybody pair up, dey touch touch as dem dey chop. Na only me dey alone."

Her words slow, but I dey hear her pain. E be like say she vex say dem ignore her.

"Which kind touch? Who dey touch who?"

I dey try form jealous boyfriend, but na concern really dey my mind.

As she dey talk, her hand no dey rest, e dey move from my waist reach my back.

She scratch my back small, then rub my head. I just dey laugh inside, but I still dey worry.

Her hand warm, like say fire dey touch my skin.

She dey press me, her body soft, skin dey smell like vanilla. The perfume mix with sweat, e just dey make my body misbehave.

My babe don really high, her body just dey soft for my hand.

She dey giggle, sometimes dey call my name like say she dey dream.

The mixture of drink and her perfume dey make my head dey turn.

I dey try hold myself, but the way she dey look me, eye dey shine, I no fit again.

As I see her red face, feel her hand dey touch me, I no fit hold myself again, I kiss her strong.

Na deep kiss. She wrap leg around my waist, dey pull me near. Before I know, we don forget every wahala.

We play reach, sweat full everywhere. I go baff for bathroom.

I baff quick, use new towel. As I dey dry body, I dey smile say my babe still dey love me like before. The matter of her sister just dey far for my mind now.

As I come out, I see my babe back, and cold just catch me from leg reach my head.

She dey sit for bed, her back dey face me, her body stiff. My heart start to dey drum again.

I don enter wahala.

I dey reason say maybe na drink dey make her act strange. I dey try remember if I talk something wey no suppose.

God, I no dey learn. Na my real babe I just sleep with so?

For my mind, the question dey echo. I dey beg make answer be yes, but fear dey my belly.

"You be Ifeoma or Ifunanya?"

I whisper am, but she hear me. Na that moment I realize say my wahala never finish.
